wrong colors displayed

Hello.
I'm testing various VNC viewers for iPAD for use with VNC serwer working on industrial PC. Your viewer I like the most but I have problem with color display. In your viewer using 32bpp color depth colors are displayed wrong. Only green looks like it should while orange and red are displayed as blue and other colors are also wrong. Other viewers shows correct colors. Looks like some color palette problem.

VNC serwer on this industrial PC works under real time operating system.

I'm interested in using your viewer so I would be very grateful for any support.

Hi,

I don't know why colors would be displayed incorrectly in 32bpp, there is no color palette or mapping of any kind in this mode; as each pixel is represented by 32bits of RED (8bits) GREEN (8bits) BLUE (8bits) (The remaining 8bits are not used in this case).
Any color aberrations must be caused by either quality/compression artifacting (have you tried modifying these settings), or color representation of the display not being calibrated.

Hi,

I tried compression and quality but it didn't help.
Display is working fine - RealVNC and Mocha are showing correct colors. Also remoter when connected to other VNC serwers shows correct color but I have to use this server.
We tested how the colors are changed and it appears that remoter is somehow switching red channel with blue channel.

Which VNC protocol are you using? I'd like to get some support from VNC server provider.

BTW, Remoter uses the RFB 3.8 standard.
