French keyboad support

Hi,
I use french keyboards on my computers (Mac and Windows).
Althought my iPad and my computers use french layout, the keys seems to be sent using an english keyboard...
Is there a way to get around this problem ?

Currently there is no French keyboard support when talking to a Mac VNC server. If you'd like to contribute, please take a look at this thread:

I am almost done, but I can not find out how to configure it for the # caracter.
Everything else is ok.

About the "#" key, I notice it's on top of the key for the number 3 in the French keyboard (just like it is in the US keyboard). Isn't it generated by Shift+3? If that's the case, this should work:
#,SD-KD3KU3SU-
