I read the previous posts and I still have no idea how to fix the "Can't resolve hostname: '(null)'. I ran the connectivity test and it stated that the nodename and servname not provided. The computer name and pin are unique? Should the pin be the same as the password for the computer itself? I'm a teacher and we just received iPad2 for most of our teachers. I would love to show them this app if it could work.

No,
The computerName and Pin are unique to RemoterFusion.
First, you register in the Mac app.
Then, you use the credentials you registered with in Remoter. Make sure to Save in the session after connecting.
