taskbar not working correctly

When I put the mouse over the taskbar boxes like word. The list of all open word documents does not show up. I see it on my computer screen but not on my ipad. Is there a way to fix this?

What VNC server / version are you using. Version of Windows?

Same problem here. Say if there are several windows open for the same program, remoter is not able to choose from (no drop down list). Big problem because many programs would open several windows.

This might be an UltraVNC configuration problem.
Try this: right click the UltraVNC icon (eye) in the taskbar (notification area), select Properties. What options do you have selected?
Poll Foreground Window / Poll Window Cursor might help.
Do you have the "System HookDll" enabled? How about "Video Hook Driver".
