Access computer that is running VPN

I am trying to access my laptop that has a VPN running. Remoter won't connect to my laptop unless I disconnect the VPN. What do I need to do to get it working with the VPN connected?

VPN establishes a very secure connection between your laptop and your business network (for instance). It's its job not to allow any connections outside of this secure tunnel, as they would break the security. Nothing can connect to your computer while you're on a VPN session. (unless its something coming from the VPN). So what you're trying to do is not allowed by definition of the VPN. This is not a failure of Remoter. You should discuss this with your IT department, to see if there's something they can do. (For instance, if you can connect your iPad/iPhone to the VPN (iOS supports this for some VPNs), then Remoter will be able to connect to your laptop.
