My mouse stops working

I first used it for about too minutes then it stopped working. Please help me.

Please give me some more info. What iOS device are you using? What version of Remoter? iOS device firmware version? Machine you're connecting to: OS/VNC Server type. Anything else that might be non-standard.

I too have same problem iPad w latest operating system and remote computer is Dell dimension 2400 with the Dell mouse that shipped with 5 years ago

I can move the pointer around but none of the mouse clicking options on bottom of screen work and I can't directly click with pointer

Make sure your VNC server is not set on view-only mode. It's called different things depending on the VNC server you're using. I have not experienced this problem myself, and don't know how to recreate it, other than by setting the server in view-only mode. Does typing work?

I will check van for view only mode...

Cannot type or select although the keyboard function is accessible

The symptoms are consistent with view-only mode being the case. It can also be called "block input", etc.
