Full screen menu bar

The ability to stop the menu bar showing when in full screen would be a massive help, as it stands I often end up taking the app out of full screen because the menu drops down and I end up clicking on the fullscreen button instead of what I intended to inside the session.

Parallels does this, you can enable the menu drop down by holding Ctrl+Alt, also the menu bar is also on the right click of the app in the dock.
