Connection Refused

Hello I am Running RemoterFusion 0.9.7 on my macbook with IOS 10.6 and Remoter VNC version 3.4.0 (with remoter complete) on my Ipad 2. Remoter fusion on my macbook states
-"initialized successfully. Mapped Ports. Your external IP is xx.xx.xxx.xxx".(x signifying numbers)
-"Connectivity Test: Connection refused"
-"router name:Internet access Server"
-"UPnP/NAT-PMP: Supported"
-"public IP:xxxxxx"
-"Public remoterfusion port: 15902"
-"Public Screensharing Port: 15912"

When I access my computer locally via VNC/ScreenSharing I am able to do so, but when accessing it via Remoter Fusion it states :"Computer:xx(host:xx Port 15912) Refused the Connection. Make sure the computer is running Remoter Fusion, that it's not asleep, and that screensharing/VNC is running"
