Tabs for multiple ssh session

It would be great if you could have multiple ssh sessions open and jump back and forth between tabs.

I'm actually working on this change!. This was done as part of the port of Remoter to the Mac, so now I'm bringing those changes back to the iOS version!.
You will be able to run as many sessions as you want simultaneously, and switch between them (using the session list).
