RemoterFusion, 0.9.6, is the only app that I have that does not have an indicator light on the dock.

RemoterFusion shouldn't appear on the dock. It's a menubar icon only app.

Ah!. Hopefully it's been stable for you now. I'll be making 0.9.7 public soon. I haven't heard of any complaints since I released it.

With my second monitor disconnected version 0.9.6 has been working fine.

Will 0.9.7 work with a second monitor?
