unable to RDP

Hello,
I just bought the complete remoter but am unable to rdp into my windows server (i can connect to my apple computers with remoter)

rdp into server works fine from other computers and a few other apps.

I using NLA, it will not accept my user/password when trying to connect. keeps giving me the same error.

Hi sfxer,
Does it work with NLA disabled?
If you use a domain, at the moment, you need to specify the username as domain\username (username@domain does not work).
Please double check your username and password in Remoter. Maybe even re-create the session, as maybe something with the session itself is messed up.

Happy new year & thanks for the prompt reply.

I figured out what the problem was,

the keyboard will not do the UK characters!

I have a UK ipad and have a symbol in my password that I realized I could not produce with the in-app keyboard.

I have temporarily changed my password and can now log in with NLA on or off.

any ideas?

Great to hear you figured out the problem.
If some special characters are not being sent correctly via RDP, please try enabling the "Unicode" mode in the session configuration.
