special key row can not be accessed

I just purchased the software. I have an ipod (4.2.1). When I try to connect to ubuntu machine, I find the special key row does not show on top of the normal keys. I can see the special keys are located at the same row (but different layer) of ZXCVBNM keys. So I basically still can not use these special keys (this is the main purpose I purchased this software). Any solution is appreciated!

Hi BRB,

This is a known issue with 3.2.1 and the iPod touch, it will be corrected for Remtoer 3.4.
