Add Direct Paste to tap and hold menu

It would seem more intuitive to me if the tap and hold menu (right click and double click) also had the paste action since right before pasting I typically have selected where I want the cursor to be.

I wouldn't mind if the delay for the menu was shorter or configurable as well or if it grew to include more options flyout style to maybe eliminate some of the tool bars.
