CTRL/ALT on Logitec Zagg Keyboard?

I can't seem to get CTRL or ALT keys to work over the VNC connection with my new "Logitec by Zagg" keyboard for my iPad 2. I saw that the apple wireless keyboards don't work right because of the keyboards themselves. Does that include this one, or is there something I need to setup?

Remoter VNC is an amazing app, by the way. Worth way more than what it costs in the app store. I'm a 100% satisfied customer, even if I have to result to the soft keyboard for CTRL and ALT.

Hi Nick!,

Unfortunately, the problem is not caused by the hardware, rather the OS doesn't give applications direct access to special keys on the keyboard for low-level access.
If/When Apple opens this up, you can be confident I'll update Remoter to take advantage of it!
