This is because I need to get some information like the registered ComputerName so I can look up the account in the system.

Please let me know:
-What kind of problem do you have?
-Are you trying RemoterFusion via the 24hr trial period? (If you need more time, I can help with that, but on a case to case basis, so please email me)
-Is your router supported? It needs to support UPnP or NAT-PMP. Post your router make and model
-Does your ISP give you a real IP address? Some ISPs are starting to NAT their users. I haven's seen this in the states, but some ISPs in countries like Philippines are doing it.
