At first I was able to connect to my 2006 iMac via wifi on my ipad in my home. Away from home I have never been able to connect to my home computer from my ipad. Now I can't even connect to my computer from home. It says "can't resolve host name:....please make sure this hostname is typed correctly, and the machine is up and running." for all connection issues. Yet my computer says that is my host name. I did not enter it - it was automatically entered.

Could you post a screenshot of your session editor screen?

If for some reason your machine is not identifying itself in the network with the same hostname it had when Remoter was configured, you can always replace the hostname in Remoter with the actual IP address of your machine.
