hey i have a iphone 3g and im using the ultra vnc servor. i can connect to the computer from my phone but when i click on the screen using my phones mouse then i hear it click but whatever im clicking (start, icons, ect) nothing happens on my iphone screen but it will on the computer screen. so i can control the computer but i dont see anything except the first screen showed to the iphone.

This is a misconfiguration/incompatibility on ultraVNC's side. Try right-clicking the ultravnc icon on the taskbar notification area (the eye), and selecting Properties.
Try using a different polling system from the check boxes.

Hi I have this same issue trying to connect to my iMac via my home router. I can see the screen and the audio streams, but no action when I use the virtual keyboard or trackpad. I have installed Remoter Fusion on the mac and Remoter VNC on the iPad.

Hi Matt,
On the Mac, if you can't control the remote computer, make sure you have the correct settings under "Remote Management":
-Go into System Preferences
-Go into Sharing
-Select "Remote Management"
-Click on "Options..."
-Make sure you have all the options selected like this:
