When I zoom out on a VNC session, Remoter now allows me to zoom out beyond the bounds of the host's screen.

This only started happening in version 3.8.0. Before this version, you could only zoom out till the session filled up the iPad's screen. It would be great if Remoter could revert to the old behavior.

This is on an iPad 3.

This change was done on purpose in 3.8.0 (user requested, believe it or not).
I'll look into reverting to the original mode, and adding this as an option.
