I bought the Apple App but I cant connect to:

and neither to:

www.XXXXX.myvnc.com:3391

If you are trying to connect to the non-standard VNC port 3391, you need to tell Remoter by using the '-' sign to prepend the port.

In the hostname field type:
www.XXXXX.myvnc.com:-3391

If this doesn't help, send me a DM with the actual hostname so I can debug further (I don't need the password, as I won't actually connect to your machine)
