How do I make it so I can use the apple or command key (looks like a clover). On my iPad I can see it but I can't activate it in order to use it.

How do I make it so I can use the apple or command key (looks like a clover). On my iPad I can see it but I can't activate it in order to use it.

This means Remoter didn't detect the server as a Mac for whatever reason. You can force the server type in the Sessions Editor, tap on Advanced, then change the server type from "Auto" to "Mac"
