Connect W/O UPnP/NAT-PMP?

How can I get Remoter to work with a network behind a router that does not support UPnP or NAT-PMP?

They've gone through the setup with RemoterFusion and report that everything looks fine. And when I attempt to connect, I get a "Connecting..." message. But Remoter eventually returns the message:
Their Server Disconnected.
Computer: 'Their Server' (Host: '(null)' Port :0)
Unable to connect to Server.
RemoterFusion indicates the computer is not awake. Or RemoterFusion is not running.
Do you want to go get a beer at the pub instead? (Or something like that.)

Both ends are running current Macs and OSes. I'm on DSL. They're on a T1.
Remoter version 1.0.8 (3.6.1)
RemoterFusion 0.9.7

Thanks

I forgot to say specifically that the connectivity test showed UPnP/NAT-PMP was not supported.

Hi!,
If your router doens't support UPnP or NAT-PMP, and you still want to use RemoterFusion, then you will need to set RemoterFusion to Manual Mode (Advanced - Manual). Then in your router configuration, manually port forward the correct ports into your computer LAN IP.
Usually 5900 and 15900 (two entries, both TCP) from the outside into your computer's LAN IP.

Hope this helps!,
Raf.
