I purchased the complete Remoter VNC just days ago (5/16/12). Had I known that Remoter Pro was coming out I would have purchased that instead. Is there a way that I can get a refund (or something) so that I can just purchase the new Pro version instead?

You can get the "Remoter Complete" in-app-purchase inside of Remoter VNC. The result is basically the same as Remoter Pro.
