Something to add to your list.

RemoterFusion, 0.9.6, is the only app that I have that does not have an indicator light on the dock.

What do you mean by indicator light on the dock?
RemoterFusion shouldn't appear on the dock. It's a menubar icon only app.

I added it to the Dock when I was restarting it so often.

Guess I could remove it now.

Ah!. Hopefully it's been stable for you now. I'll be making 0.9.7 public soon. I haven't heard of any complaints since I released it.

With my second monitor disconnected version 0.9.6 has been working fine.

Will 0.9.7 work with a second monitor?

No, the only differences between 0.9.6 and 0.9.7 are explained here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=563

I'll look into the double-clicking issue you're experiencing next.
