Been searching for awhile and can't come to a clear answer. Verion 3.2.1 on iphone version ios 5.01
How can I select text in a ssh terminal window? If this option is not yet implemented I would like to beg for it. Thanks.

You can indeed select text. Just use dragging.
(to drag you can use the trackpad, hold the left-button with one finger, drag with another; or double-tap and drag, etc).
