RDP authentication failing

Just bought the RDP add-on, tried to connect to my PC from my iPad and got "acccess denied, the server didn't accept the supplier username/password combination."

The PC is on a domain.

I have double and triple checked the password, and I have tried every combination of DOMAIN\username, DOMAIN@username, DOMAIN/username, username. All with the same results. I have tried a different RDP client on my iPad with the same connection details and that worked fine.

Any ideas?

Hi!,

Actually your problem is not related to the one specified in the release notes exactly.
To log in using a domain, you might need to disable NLA, which is not possible right now. Version 3.2.1 will allow you to disable NLA so you can get to the windows login screen, and then select your domain.

Hope this helps.
Raf.

I had to re-submit 3.2.1 for other reasons, and I went ahead and also added domain support into the username field for RDP.
So you will now be able to use the format: "domain\username" in RDP with version 3.2.1

Thanks for reporting!,
Raf.

Still in Apple's hands. They seem to be swamped lately. It should be out soon. I'll keep you updated.
