registration problems

I'm using the full, paid for version of remoter on an iPhone4. When I try to set up Remoter Fusion on my macbook pro (2.4 i5, 10.7) the following happens: I put a unique computer name and pin on the Setup tab and click register - at the bottom of the window it tells me 'Unknown Error'. I am a comcast business plan subscriber in northern california - and I'm pretty sure they assign my IP with NAT - is this a deal breaker that will prevent me from ever using this?
