Full Screen RDP OSX 10.8.3

Postby mwolze » Wed May 08, 2013 11:07 am

Greetings,
I have an issue when I am using RDP to my window server. When it is running as a regular window, the pointer for the mouse works fine, when I make the application full screen (the RDP) I go to click on a line in say in File Explorer, I place the mouse arrow tip on the file or folder that I want to select then click it right or left does not matter, it selects the item below instead of the one that I am clicking on. A little frustrating! Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Matt

Actually figured out the fix for this one. Perhaps when you make the window full screen on the MAC the Remoter software should toggle view to "Full Screen" as well instead of 1 to 1 where it has a small gap on the top and bottom on the screen.

Hi Matt,
Good to hear you resolved it. But can you share with me the resolution that you were using originally? I'd like to correct this issue.

Thanks,
Raf.

Raf,
The problem does not affect one resolution. I use a few different monitors, a few square, a few rectangles. I will give you the specifics of the one that I am using today:
The Mac is set at 1680x1050
The Win Server that I am attached to is:1680x1024
The problem seems proportionate to the 26 pixels that the two are off by, since it does the same thing an the various monitors in full screen only. It is only bad when the view is set to a 1:1 zoom.
Hope that is enough description! If not, let me know.
Thanks,
Matt

Raf,
Did this make the bug fix list for the latest version? Because I am still having the same issue.
Thanks,
Matt
