Cannot connect to windows computer

Hi
I have installed the Remoter App to my iPad no problem. I have installed RemoterFusion for windows on my computer running Windows v7. I have installed it OK on Windows and my iPad see's the computer. However, the ports for both VNC and RDP are showing red.

When I try and connect through my iPad to the computer, it says Remoter requires either the Complete add-on or the RemoterFusion Add-on to connect using RemoterFusion. It then says I can try it for 24hours. Do I want to try it now? Yes or No.

When I click yes, it asks me to enter RDP Password. When I enter it, it then says that the computer is disconnected, no host setup in session.

Any help would be appreciated.

RemoterFusion requires router support.
Make sure your router supports UPnP or NAT-PMP, and that the feature is enabled. It never hurts to make sure your router firmware is up-to-date.
Also, make sure you're not double-nat'ted.
