Cant resolve IP

I can't seem to get remoter vnc to work when I use a hostname instead of an ip. I can ping by hostname with all the other computers on the network, so I am not sure what the problem is.

Any ideas?

Hi,
Please post (or email me at support AT remoterlabs DOT com) a screenshot of your session editor screen.
One thing that could be the problem is that your iOS device might be connected to a wifi from another network where your hostname is not available. This sometimes happens by accident without the user knowing.
Another alternative is that you need to select "netbios" or "bonjour" in the hostname field.
