Connectivity test fails

I recently switched from Comcast to Century Link.
The Airport Extreme had to be setup again.
Remoter no longer works.
I unregistered and re-registered. I have quit RemoterFusion, Remoter and restarted the computer several times. I have powered the Airport Extreme down for several minutes.
I noticed that the external IP changed.
Now the Connectivity test fails.
I tried the instruction "Connecting Remoter to a computer inside
your home LAN from the Internet:" but it is apparently way out of date.
Neither Airport Utility 5.5.3 or Airport Utility 6.1 work as indicated.

2.7 GHz Intel Core I5, 27” iMac
12 GB Ram, 1TB HD
OS X 10.8.2 (12C54)
Airport Extreme 5th gen, v7.6
iPad(3), 32 GB, iOS 6.0.1

If the one thing that changed in your setup is your ISP (and associated cablemodem/router). I would suspect the culprit is there.
Check the cablemodem/router, and make sure it's in bridge mode, otherwise you might be double-NATting, which is unsupported by RemoterFusion.

hope this helps!,
Raf.

Robert,
Please email me your RemoterFusion computerName again, I'd like to look at what's going on.
Something else to try: re-create your session in Remoter from scratch, it might be in a bad state for some reason.

Thanks,
Raf.
