I just purchased your app for my iPad. I am trying to enter the vcn user name but I am not sure what that is and where to find it. The help tab says it's domain name and user name. Where do I find my domain name and user name to what?

This depends on your OS and configuration. Usually VNC doesn't require a username, you just set a password and you're set.

Windows:
-TightVNC: You set a password when you install/configure tightVNC. In Remoter, just use that password; there is no username to set.
-UltraVNC: Same as TightVNC, but optionally you can use "MSLogon" (configurable in UltraVNC). If you set MSLogon, then you can use your Windows account username and password

Mac:
-Prior to version 2.4, you had to configure Screen Sharing for VNC legacy support, and enter a VNC password. That's all you had to enter in Remoter, no username.
-Since Remoter version 2.4, you can now use the native ScreenSharing ARD authentication. This means that you can now use you Mac's username and password when setting up Remoter.

I hope this answers your question!,
