i tried everything the video told me to do but still cant conect!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to your machine from Remoter on your iPhone 4.
Could you please post a screenshot of the session you have configured in Remoter so I can better help you? To capture the screen, simply hold power, then press home on your iPhone.
