Right click menu is not showing!!

Are you using UltraVNC? Are other things not updating correctly? How are you right-clicking?
I'm thinking this is UltraVNC not polling the screen sufficiently. Try to configure UltraVNC to poll more frequently. I have good luck with these settings:
