SSH Crashes RIP OFF

I just purchased this to connect tomy linux server via ssh. Whata mistake, I try and connect and app crashes. First the whole .99 for app but that doesn't include everything and second the ssh doesn't work. What a rip off whats the procedure for a refund? Looks like an issue been going for some time. I can connect with issh so it's not the server.

Hi M@rx,
The SSH crash has been documented and corrected for the next version update. This is caused by the SSH server sending an authentication banner (Banner setting in SSH config) which the application wasn't expecting. Support for this has been added, and corrected now. I'm really sorry for this problem, but in the 3 months version 2.0 was tested, neither I nor the beta test team came across this problem.
To request a refund, please contact Apple; they can help you with that. I'm sorry you're dissatisfied with Remoter.
