My OS 10.5.8 Mac host won't wake up. It's connected via ethernet and my iPad is wireless. Everything is fine if the host is already awake. Things go bad after the host goes to sleep. Remoter just responds with " error connecting to host"

Any ideas?

Did you enter your computer's hardware (MAC) address into Remoter's session editor? The MAC address is required for WoL.

I did now... It's nifty how Apple disguised the MAC address as "Ethernet ID" on this operating system. It also helps to RTFM.

Happy to hear you got it..

Version 2.0 (In Review now) can automatically retrieve the MAC address when selecting the computer from the newly added Discovery List.
