Hello, I have remoter set up just fine on my PC running Windows 7 which is also connected directly to the router. I used the exact same instructions to set up Remoter on my Windows 7 laptop connected to the internet via WiFi,but it keeps telling me "Disconnected,Error connecting to server". Is there something I am doing wrong?

I don't know. It could be your laptop's firewall preventing the VNC server from connecting.
Try opening a console (cmd in windows, terminal in Mac) and telnetting over to the laptop at port 5900, if you get a response, then the computer is accessible, if not, then either the VNC server is not running, or the firewall is blocking it.

telnet 192.168.1.100 5900
(where 192.168.1.100 is the laptop IP address)
