Black bar at top of screen

hi

When I am in full screen mode, there is a black bar at the top of the screen which partially obscures the title bar of a Windows app.

I am using an iPhone 6 with custom resolution 1344x750 connecting to a Windows pc via rdp

also adjusting the transparency does not work
