Waking OSX Mountain Lion iMac from Sleep

Postby fthorne » Sat May 25, 2013 8:34 pm

I am running OSX Mountain Lion on my early 2009 iMac, AirPort Extreme Wireless router, and have remoterfusion 0.9.81 installed. On my iPad I am running iOS 6.1.3 with Remoter VNC Version 3.8.6 installed. Screen sharing setting is on, VNC viewer control with password is off, energy settings for "Put hard disks to sleep when possible" and "Wake for network access" are checked.

Problem: Although I used to be able to, I can no longer remotely wake my iMac from sleep. My iPad connects just fine if the iMac is already awake, but it cannot do so once the iMac goes to sleep.

Still can't seem to awaken my OS-X Mountain Lion iMac from sleep...connects just fine if the iMac is already running, but for the life of me it won't awaken it from sleep.

Please help!
