Can't get keyboard accents to work

I'm using Remoter in a iMac with wireless keyboard (english). I'm connection using RDP to a Windows Machine configure for Portuguese Language and keyboard layout "United States-Internacional". Remoter is not sending the accent keys to the remote machine. All accent keys like ', ~ and ` doesn't work (even the " key doesn't work). Please help.

In the session editor, advanced, select "RDP Unicode".
