Clicks NEVER register when logged in over SSH

I purchased Remoter VNC 3.2.1, running on an iPad (1st Gen), iOS 5.0.1.

I should point out Remoter VNC connects splendidly to my iMac server, on my local network (without SSH). That iMac is running Snow Leopard however and it has only one screen. The connection works fine, I can click, drag, everything.

When I try to connect, over SSH to the built in screen sharing on my work Mac Pro (running Lion 10.7.2) the connection is established fine. I see my dual monitor setup (to 1680x1050 monitors), and the keyboard typing does get through to the screen (I know this because I have to type in my password to release the screen lock), but NONE of my clicks register on the Mac Pro. I have no idea why. There were no obvious settings I could find on Remoter VNC that seemed related to clicks going through except for the "VNC Alt Mouse Buttons" which is set to "Off". I checked under Advanced settings and "View-Only Mode" is "OFF".

Are there any other suggestions for what I can try to get mouse clicks to register to this session over SSH to my Mac Pro?

Sorry I somehow missed your post before!

It sounds like your problem is the known issue with Lion and multiple monitors.
This affects all VNC clients, not just Remoter. Version 10.7.3 (upcoming) is reported to have resolved this issue (I'm going to test asap).
Another alternative is to use RemoterFusion. Also, you can reconfigure your monitors in system pref. so that the leftmost monitor is the main one.
