Is there a way to disable the Soundflower pop-up alert that occurs every time I activate RemoterFusion?

Soundflower popup? Could you please post a screenshot? I wasn't aware of soundflower displaying a popup.

Thanks for the screenshot in the email!,

Now I see what you mean. The popup that asks you if you want to enable sound redirection using SoundFlower. At the moment, if you select "No", you will be prompted on every reboot, and everytime you restart RemoterFusion.
I will add a trac ticket to add an option to remoter to stop this prompting. Thanks for the suggestion!,
