remoter fusion problem

remoter fusion is open on my status bar on my mac but when i hover my mouse on it, the cursor changes to a spinning beach ball but other applications on the bar are just doing fine. I am not able to access the settings cause I am not able to click on it. What can I do to remedy this problem?

Lion is my OS. 10.7.2

the new link still does not work. Maybe I have to restart the program but I am not able to click on it. Anyway I can manually kill it?

To close a current running version, tap on it (on the menubar) to bring it up, then go to "About" and click on "Terminate RemoterFusion". Then you can overwrite it in the Applications folder using the one from the zip file.

Oh, you need to kill the old version before you can install the new version.
If it's stuck with the spinning wheel, you can kill it via "Activity Monitor". Find "RemoterFusion" in it, then tap on the big red "Quit Process" button. You will be able to install the new one after that.
