Error message

I connected to my computer but when click "start" I get an error message:

Disconnected
Host:*****(blocked for privacy).local
port:5900
unable to connected to server
this usually indicated the computer is not reachable in the current network.

What should I do?

If you're trying to connect from inside your home network, then make sure you followed the steps at http://setup.rafsoftware.com

If you're connecting from outside your network, then you will need to follow the steps here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5 or in the support threads, like this one: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=324
