"Connection Timeout" if host using more than one monitor

Postby deus-ex » Tue May 31, 2011 1:26 am

Hello,

great product. But there is on issue. I´m using Mac OS-X 10.6 and the "Screen Sharing" function. On my iMac I use a second monitor to expand my desktop.
But in this case I get "Connection Timeout" after 10-20 seconds working with Remoter.

If I use only one monitor (just the iMac) I get a stable connection.

Can you try disabling "Connection Heartbeat" in Remoter Config (under "Other Settings"). That should help.
