problem with connection

Hi,

I've been trying to find a way to control my pc from my iphone 3gs, i downloaded ur app to do so, but i'm having tihs problem

i did exactly what you said in the video, but everytime i try to connect it says this:

Hosts: '(ip address)' port: 5900 Access denied.
The VNC server didn't accept the supplied credentials.



what should i do?

Hi,

Since you followed one of the videos. I'm assuming you have a Windows machine, and installed UltraVNC. That error indicates that the password you set up in Remoter does not match the VNC password you used when you configured UltraVNC. Are you using MS Logon? If so, you need to use you windows username and password instead of the VNC password.

Which video did you follow? The set up one or the MS Logon one?
