Logicool UltraThin keyboard for iPad mini

I've got a Logicool UltraThin keyboard for iPad mini
http://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/ultrathin-keyboard-mini
which is very nice for ordinary native iOS apps, but Remoter Pro on my iPad mini can't catch most of the control key sequnces: Only a few control key sequences such as C-h is possible, but the other control key sequences are all ignored.
The situation was tested via VNC, or VNC over SSH connection on Remoter Pro to Tight VNC 1.3.10 server running on Linux (kernel 3.9.4) box. xev(1) on the X11 desktop displayed over VNC does not yield any output for most of the control key sequences except said C-h. Some other SSH or VNC apps on iOS such as Prompt. RealVNC etc. can handle the control key sequences input from Logicool UltraThin.
Further, in such environment, I believe Option key works as Alt (Meta) key and almost working good, but some extra character seems to be generated for emacs by Alt (Meta) key sequence.
The Tight VNC's vncserver command is invoked by a command line such as:
$ vncserver -geometry 1024x768 -depth 24 -pixelformat rgb565 -co /usr/share/X11/rgb -compatiblekbd -localhost
Thanks in advance
