We use blowfish cipher with some ssh connections. Can we change the ssh cipher in Remoter?

Not at the moment. Maybe cipher order selection can be added to the next version.

PS: Remoter's SSH implementation is based on putty, and as such it uses these ciphers:
3DES,
BLOWFISH,
AES,
DES,
ARCFOUR
