relative pointer motion

Thank you so much for your excellent Remoter! I tried several VNC demos and I chose yours easily.

On my netbook I use RealVNC to connect to my main computer. It has an extremely useful "relative pointer mode". I use VNC with music software (Ableton Live) and without "relative pointer mode" when I click and drag a slider or knob to change its value, it changes much too quickly with a small amount of movement. In the relative mode it behaves with normal resolution and ease of control just like operating it locally.

Changing the pointer speed on the main computer as little to no effect on this behavior. I'm guessing this issue is present because of differences in screen resolution, but I don't really know.

I'm using Ipad & Win7 x64.

Thanks very much!

Hi!,

I'm not really sure what this "relative pointer mode" is; but have you tried disabling the trackpad acceleration? When disabled, the trackpad works in a 1:1 mode.
