[Done - 1.9] - Shift key

First: best from all vnc-remoter, I use XP, very fast.

But I miss a shift key, i.e. to use 'shift-F1'. This does not work with iPad-Keyboard.

Yes, it doesn't work. I'm definitely resolving this on 1.9. Still not sure what the best approach is, though. But a solution will be in 1.9.
