Thanks for buying remoter. I'll use these forums as a better (more persistent than twitter) way to communicate with users. I will post any news about Remoter, along with announcements of new versions here.
I will also try to answer your questions, and help you solve any issues you might have with Remoter.

Anyone have the "disconnect" because your router is not a "public router"?
How do you solve this problem?
I am iPHONE 4 and Laptop with Windows Vista.
